Armin Tamzarian "Seymour Skinner" personality type is ISTJ, or introverted, intuitive, thinking, judging. I think the ISTJ version of Seymore "Seymour" Skinner is a lot more subdued and reasonable than the character in the show. I was going to wait until after I finished the book for a final take on the character, but it seems to me that this guy is just a little too "Earthy" to be a cool ISTJ. He's the kind of guy who would get into an argument about the weather with a tree, and he'd probably know it. I'm not saying that you should be crazy and wild and crazy and wild. I'm just saying that if you're thinking about being an ISTJ, go ahead and do it. If you don't like it, you can always go back and do the ISTJ thing later. But if you do like it, you might want to stick with it because it's a good thing. Here's why: ISTJs are great at security work because they're patient and don't get carried away by emotions. They're also great at writing books because they tend to be detail-oriented and get stuff right on the first try.
