Cortez personality type is ENTJ, which is the more dominant of the two. That’s not a surprise because the ENTJ personality type is described as “the organizer, the leader, and the giver.” They are extremely ambitious and focused, and are driven to take control of a situation and make it their own.
When they’re not in charge, they tend to wear their emotions on their sleeve. For example, they will be blunt, but that doesn’t mean they are rude. They are just so used to putting their own needs ahead of others that it can seem like rudeness to others.
They are typically great at keeping track of details (their strengths lie in organization and planning), but they aren’t naturally good at communicating or understanding other people’s feelings. Having an ENTJ personality type, even if they have all the skills needed to be a leader, can be a downright nightmare for them when it comes to leading others.
ENTPs are often seen as being detached and aloof to others, but that’s not true. They just have a very different way of showing emotion than most people do.
