Westheimer personality type is ESTJ, which is the most common personality type in the United States. I am an ENTJ and I have been told that my type is interesting. I have a lot of opinions, and I am impatient with those who do not provide me with the answers I seek.
So when I read the question, “If you could change one thing about your personality, what would it be?” I couldn’t help but answer that I’d like to be more patient with people that don’t seem to understand me.
As I reflect on that question, I realize that even though people are sometimes slow to respond to my ideas, I still appreciate their contributions to the conversation. I guess what I’m saying is, if we all could just be a little more patient with each other, life would be a better place.
