"They're not afraid to be funny and to make fun of themselves or to say something that's a little bit off-color or not true," she says. "They're very entertaining, but they're also very serious about what they do."
While ENTJs are mostly introverts, Albers says there are ENTJs who are extroverts. But that's rare.
"ENTJ is one of the rarest types," Albers says. "But the ones who are more extroverted are those who are more extroverted in their social lives, the ones who are more extroverted in their relationships."
ENTJs make up just a fraction of the population, she says.
