“I started to think about my type more,” she says. “I realized that I am an ESTJ, which is the only type that is concerned with tradition and structure. I thought, ‘Maybe this is something that will help me cope with my chaotic life.’”
With that, Kotaro began exploring her type more.
Kotaro says she learned that she has a “perfectionist quality” but not in a bad way.
“I’ve always been very hard on myself, but I love to have things done perfect,” she says. “Even if I have to get them done by 10 in the morning.”
She says her perfectionism makes her good at being a nurse, but it also makes it hard for her to be spontaneous.
