“Extraverts can have a tremendous amount of energy and can be very talkative and gregarious,” he says. “Introverts tend to be more reserved and quiet, and are usually not gregarious and talkative.”
The new model he is developing, which he calls the “Intuitive-Thinking-Feeling” personality type, should allow those with this personality type to better understand why they are the way they are, explains Siever.
“It will help them understand why they get bored so easily and why they need quiet and alone time,” he says. “And it will help them understand why they act in certain ways.”
