Jun Aikawa personality type is ENTJ, which makes her a well developed leader. In the manga, she’s a very capable leader, but in the anime she’s a little less so. She also has a very strong sense of responsibility and work ethic, which is a good thing for a leader. She’s a strong fighter and can be very intense in her combat situations, so she’s a good fighter.
On the other hand, her decision-making skills aren’t great. She also can be a bit overconfident and over-ambitious at times. However, these flaws are few and far between, and she makes up for them by being a very competent leader.
I don’t think she’s the best leader we’ve ever had; that title belongs to Hajime Ichinose, but she’s definitely in the running. She has a lot of positive traits and is fairly competent.
She’s one of the most well developed characters in the show, and I don’t think she gets the attention she deserves.
