Farleap personality type is ESTJ, which is the “Guardian” type. This type is the self-sufficient, responsible, and determined male which is usually more of a leader than a follower. ESTJs are the heads of the household, the people who set the course of action, and do not need to be told what to do or how to do it. ESTJs are the “doers” of the world, and they have a strong sense of right and wrong. They are very set in their ways and don’t like to deviate from what they know to be right. They are the people who make the rules and maintain order in society. ESTJs are fairly independent and like to make their own decisions, and when things don’t go according to plan, they tend to panic and get frustrated. This type of person is very truthful and fairly honest, and is often very blunt in their speech with others. They do not like to bend the truth or lie, and they like to give others straight answers.
