Fit personality type is ENTJ, which is extremely rare. (Not to mention impractical.) And don’t even get me started on the INTPs and ENTPs.
So, my advice to you is to not worry too much about your type.
That said, I do think a little bit of attention to type can do wonders for a person’s career.
It’s not as simple as having just one type. There’s a balance between the two. The ideal combination of traits is somewhere between ENFP and INTP. I think this helps explain why some people have such a hard time finding good jobs in the first place.
But look: realize that you don’t have to fit into any of these three kinds to be successful.
