Berthier personality type is ENTJ, ENTJ, ENTJ, ENTJ, ENTJ. Now, I don't want to be too presumptuous and say that the people who post on this board are all ENTJs, but most of the posters who have posted here think of themselves as ENTJs and use the same arguments. They're all intelligent and top-notch thinkers and they're all very forceful in their analysis of a subject.
ENTJ is a clearly dominant function, which makes it very logical and objective. It also makes the ENTJ very decisive, which I think is one of the things that makes them so influential. Most other types don't have such a strong command over logic and rationality. Although I would contend that as a whole, ENTJs are more objective than INTJs.
I think this is what makes them such effective strategists and leaders. They're able to figure out what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. That's why they make excellent leaders. And that's why they can argue that way and get everyone to agree with them. When you have this much intelligence and this much strength of will and this much decisiveness, you can do pretty much whatever you want.
