I think it's pretty standard that the dominant function of INTPs is Intuitive (Ti), but I'm not sure that I've ever seen it described in this way before.
It's not that Intuition is weak for an INTP. It's just that Intuition is not the same thing as introversion. An INTP who is strongly Introverted can be an Intuitive-dominant type. It's just that it's not Introverted-dominant.
Introverted Thinking is a Ti function that likes to think about things step by step and logically, with a focus on facts and details.
