Mia Karp personality type is ENTJ, as she is INTJ in the Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI). I do like the idea of ENTJ being more often seen in female characters, but I also always thought of ENTJ as a male type. (I know, I know. It’s actually an uncommon male type.) I think Mia’s ENTJ-ness is probably a product of her being a genius or an atypical combination of the two. When you first meet her, she’s the picture of a stereotypical “perfectionist” – she’s very organized, organized and controlled, and will try to run everything to plan. But as the show progresses and we learn more about her, we see that she’s also very compassionate, empathetic, and willing to help others as much as she can. And she has a strong sense of right and wrong, which makes her very difficult to manipulate (as evidenced by her initial power struggle with her brother). She’s also idealistic and passionate, which makes her difficult to get along with when she has a goal in mind.
