Baek Moon Kang personality type is ESTJ, he's not that different from the average "Doofus" guy. I didn't like him much when he was in ISTJ (although I liked the animation a lot). But I think it's very interesting that he's a "Doofus" who has a very well-developed character, and who has several layers. He's not just a "Doesn't get it" guy, he also has a very specific and developed sense of justice (which is why he's always stuck in the middle of things).
I don't know what is your own personality type, but ESTJ is one of the most common, and it can be just as "jokey", sarcastic, and slightly boring as the INTP.

I would say the same thing about the other "Doofus" guys. They all have strongly developed characters, with special characteristics (such as being clumsy, clumsy, etc.).
I don't think they're trying to be "Doofus" guys, but rather they are trying to develop their characters.
I wish they were all written as 6w7s (or 5w6s) though, to be honest.
