Two-face personality type is ESTJ, or "the organizer." ESTJs are organized and organized, and they make great leaders. Many ESTJs start out by being the go-to person, but then find that they don't have enough time to actually do all of their work. They may become overwhelmed with the amount of work they have, so they delegate more tasks to others.
Because of this tendency, they can sometimes feel like their work is never done, but they know that they are actually very efficient at completing tasks. And if they do take on more administrative responsibilities, they can be excellent at it.
