Coach personality type is ESTJ, so I think it really makes sense. He's always so serious and he doesn't often smile, but when he does, he's so genuine. I think it's his personality as a whole. He's a hard worker and he's very straightforward with you (which I love), but I just don't think he's got a sense of humor.
What do you think about the fact that he never smiles?
Yeah, I don't know what it is about him. Maybe he's not trying to smile, or maybe he just doesn't have one. I just feel like he has such a strong personality, so I feel like there's no need to be smiling when you're just so serious.
I guess it's all personal preference, but for me, I think it will be great for the team if he's smiling and laughing more. But I feel like that would just ruin his image and his reputation. It might seem weird, but I really like his reputation, because of how serious he is.
And I definitely saw that in the way that he was with the other players on the team. He was very professional, but nice at the same time.
