Shiloh personality type is ESTJ, an extroverted sensing thinker. In the Myers-Briggs system, introverts (which include ESTPs) are the “R”s, extroverts are the “S’s,” and thinkers (ESTJs) are the “T’s.” So, Shiloh is definitely not an introvert.
But that doesn’t mean Shiloh should be dismissed as a jerk. For one thing, he can be a bit of an enigma. He tends to keep his thoughts private—so we never know what’s going on in his head. (He even says so himself in the Season 2 premiere.) But he’s also shown flashes of kindness and compassion.
