Charles Harper personality type is INTP, so I can't imagine he was any different from my INTP personality type in the past, which would make him an ISTP personality type. I have something to say about this, but I'll save it for another post.
The reason why ISTPs are rare in high places of society is because they are not as good at judging people and they are more likely to be found doing menial tasks.
