I’ve been working on developing my own “Gladius” persona, who is a female version of myself. I have created a character sheet and have been using it during the last month to explore and develop her personality.
My starting point was my own personality type. I have the Extraverted iNtuitive (Ne) and ENTJ (Ne) subtypes, which are commonly known as the “Thinker” or “Athlete” types. My Super-Ego, or “self-image” has always been a Thinker, and I am also an athlete, with sports as a part of my life since I was 3.
So, my starting point: ESTP, or Extroverted Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving.
In my journal, I write about what I am thinking and feeling in the moment. These thoughts come from real life situations and interactions, so it’s not something that I learned to do in a class or in my studies.
