Jarmo personality type is INTP, the computer programmer. He is the creator of the Jarmo project, but was surprised to discover that he is not the only person passionate about this project. The other person who is also very passionate about the project is his wife, who is an ESTP. In this chapter we will focus on this particular couple and how they met, how they are able to work together successfully, and how they are able to complement each other in the Jarmo project.
Jarmo and Kelly met at a party by pure chance, and their lives and careers turned out differently than they envisioned. Kelly was a software engineer at a small software consulting company; Jarmo was an IT manager for a large international corporation. Jarmo had a very successful career in IT management for many years. He was very competent in his job, but he was not happy with the direction in which he was heading. He had started to notice some changes in his personality that was disturbing.
He had always been pretty quiet and somewhat shy, but he now found himself becoming more talkative and outgoing. He noticed that his friends were also noticing this change. His wife, Kelly, was also noticing a change in him.
