What is the personality type of Mr. Beanstalk? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Mr. Beanstalk from Super Why and what is the personality traits.
Mr. Beanstalk personality type is ESTJ, or Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging. (My work with the MBTI was to find the best type to match those four functions.)
Thus, this ESTJ personality type is the result of the combination of the Ne and Ti functions within the same individual. The combination of the two gives the ESTJ a very self-reliant attitude. They see a problem, they want it resolved, and they will take matters into their own hands to do so.
An ESTJ who has a Ne Ti combination might have a habit of doing things all on their own – from fixing a broken toy to creating their own software to writing their own novel. As a result of this, they learn to depend heavily on themselves, and they become extremely good at doing things for themselves.
In ESTJ terms, this means that they have a strong need to be independent and self-reliant. They want to solve problems autonomously, and if they can’t do it themselves, they won’t be happy.
Of course, this can lead to problems in an organizational setting, as it can be hard for them to delegate responsibility.
