History
Takao Okamoto was born in Tottori, Japan on July 12, 1978. His mother, Natsue, died in a car accident when Takao was two. His father, Kenji Okamoto, was incapable of properly caring for Takao. When Takao was six, Kenji was convicted of murder; after ten years of prison, he joined a biker gang and turned Takao into one as well. As a result, Takao became an expert at shooting and martial arts, and was taught how to bleed out and kill without leaving evidence or leaving a trail of blood. He also had a fondness for guns and how to use them. When he was fourteen, he stabbed a man to death with a knife. At the age of sixteen, Takao entered the Tottori prefectural police academy and graduated at the top of his class. He was then sent to arson training at the police academy before being assigned to the crime division.
