Aegon the Uncrowned personality type is ENTJ, so even though the description mentions that he's a "stingy" and "controlling" person, I'm assuming his personality type is ENTJ. The ENTJ is described as "The Commander" in the book.
ENTJ's are described as "direct, confident, and commanding". They are organized, decisive, and take charge. They are believed to be the most likely to become the President of the United States, which is probably why Aegon is the King of Westeros.
So, it seems like this could be another case of "they fit the description so it must be true".
I also think it's pretty neat that Tyrion is an ENTJ since he is a "mastermind" with many thoughts and ideas.
It's also interesting that Daenerys has traits in common with an ENTJ based on what we know about her character.
This just goes to show that there's no one "right" answer to a character's personality. The only thing we know is that a character is a certain type based on their actions and what we're shown and told about them.
