The reason I say ENTJ is because she's a caring and insightful character, and is driven by her intuition and the need to protect her children. Her main trait is her willpower in overcoming obstacles and in keeping her family in order and safe. She is also a fierce protector, and will do anything to keep her children safe.
Shelby's personality type is ENFJ, and is the sister of Laurie Strode. She is driven by her desire to keep things normal and good in her family, and to keep her family together. She is a nurturing and caring character, and is usually kind and forgiving. She has a tendency to be the voice of reason in the family, and despite her overall good nature, she can seem like a little tyrant at times.
I like this theory because it reasonably explains why these characters behave the way they do and would make for a good movie. The only thing I don't get from it is how the killer got into the house in the first place. How did he know where to go? In the novel, he had been stalking people for a while before he ever got into the house.
