Hades personality type is INTJ, the “thinking” type.
“The INTJ personality type is the most rare of all the Myers-Briggs personality types, comprising only 2.5% of the population,” says Elise.
But according to an article in the British Journal of Psychiatry, this may be because INTJ personalities are more likely to suffer from mental illnesses than others – they are more likely to be diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder and addiction.
“Maybe people who have something wrong with them can hide it better,” says Elise.
“I think that’s what makes depression so difficult for people to understand,” she adds.
Another study suggests that women with a histrionic personality type – which is defined as “excessively seductive, flirtatious and theatrical” – are more likely to have depression.
“Histrionics have been linked to increased risk for both major depressive disorder (MDD) and bipolar disorder (BD) – both of which are more common in females than males,” says Elise.
