Bowen personality type is INTP, or INTJ as a rarer, later-maturing variant. I’m not sure if I’m on the right track with this, but I think that INTJ is the type most likely to have a rucksack of personality traits that gets them into trouble, more than any other type. In other words, INTJ is the type most likely to be “caught” by the shadow side of their personality, especially in adulthood, and to react to that in various ways that make them appear “crazy” or “unstable”, or “bad”.
Then there are types that are more likely to have one or two of these traits than types that have them all. For example, an ENTP would seem like an unlikely candidate for a rucksack of bad personality traits, since they’re not particularly judgmental, and are usually pretty happy and easygoing. However, ENTPs do have a tendency to do things like overthink things or overcommit, or use their language skills to talk themselves into trouble.
