In the second generation, Tatsugiri is stated to be a member of the Dragon Tribe, but in other media he is said to be part of the Wolf Tribe. He also has an unnamed brother who has the same birthday as him.
Tatsugiri is voiced by Takashi Nagasako in the Japanese version of Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem. In the English version, he is voiced by David Kaye.
