Gael personality type is ESTJ, and the name of the person we've been addressing is simply "Gael." (I'll be using "he/him" and "she/her" as pronouns for both sexes, because I like doing things that way, and because I can't be bothered to come up with a different set of pronouns to use for every single character in this book. If there's an official pronoun to use as a default, then I'll use it rather than making the reader search around the text to find the right pronoun for every single person. But I digress.)
The ESTJ is an "executive" personality type, meaning that they are "in charge" of the people around them. They can control their emotions (they are not afraid to get angry or upset, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that they get what they want) and they're not easily influenced by other people. They're also good at handling crises.
Gael is the epitome of an ESTJ. He's in charge of his people, he's confident (he's not afraid of getting upset or angry if he needs to be), and he's strong.
