Stranger Things: The Minds of Eleven and Will Byers
This whole series is about kids and their experiences, and that’s why it fits into my “kids and their experiences” theme. For the purposes of this post, I’ll take the show’s main characters as an example. The two characters I’m going to focus on are Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) and Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown). Both of these kids have a lot of experience with weird things happening to them.
Will Byers is someone who has been “abducted” before and brought back by his friends. This is very similar to a memory alteration in real life, which is one of the main reasons Will has been missing for so long. We don’t know how many times he has disappeared for, but we do know that all of his friends believe that he will return.
