Petty personality type is INTP, and I can't think of a better type to be the hero of the story. The fact that everyone else is so dangerous and unstable just makes it that much better.
As for the romance, I'm not sure how I feel about it. I really like the idea of a self-assured, intelligent matchmaker. I just think there's something a little cliche about it. But I'm not going to lie, the idea of a romance between two INTPs is interesting to me. And I'm a sucker for a slow-burn romance, so a romance between two INTPs who are both dominant and confident is right up my alley.
So yeah, this is a great story. It's well written and full of interesting characters. I really enjoyed it.
