The ESTJ has a very clear idea of what they want their life to look like. They like to be in charge. They aren’t happy unless they have a clear path to follow—and a clear idea of where they’re going.
The most important thing the ESTJ wants to accomplish in life is to have a good job, and be able to live comfortably and spend time with their family and friends. ESTJs get bored easily; they need stability in their lives. If they find themselves bored, they’ll get restless and start looking for new ways to keep themselves busy.
