Amara Cortas personality type is ENTJ, and she is an outspoken and active contributor to the group. She is also very blunt and honest. She is not afraid to speak her mind, even if that means offending members of the group. This is where she and I have a lot of differences. She feels that the best way to deal with people who annoy her is to just ignore them, and they will eventually go away. I feel that this is a very passive approach, and I think that if you are going to be bold enough to speak your mind, you should stand up for yourself. I have seen her take on the role of "second interviewer", which is not her job. Her job is to write articles, not serve as a second interviewer.
