Yaroslav the Wise personality type is ESTJ, which is the "authority and practical" type. And he's just about perfect. Probably the most severe of all the Russian tsars because he was the first to impose feudal taxes. It's said that he thought of himself as the Tsar and everyone else as his subjects. He loved war, and was very successful at uniting the Russian tribes into a single state. He traveled all over Russia, trying to get everyone to pay taxes and unite under one head, even going as far as Poland where he imposed his rule on them. And he failed.
