The ENTJ personality type has a reputation of being somewhat ruthless. However, this is a myth. ENTJs are not ruthless in the way that they will cut someone down if they disagree with them. They just tend to have a very strong opinion, and they are the ones who are usually the ones who have to get things done.
ENTJs are often great leaders because they can make things happen. They don’t just want to follow orders, they want to lead others and make sure they are carrying out what needs to be done. They are good at this because they have a very strong sense of responsibility, and they will push others to do their best in order to meet the ENTJ’s own standards.
ENTJ personalities are known for being very efficient, and they will often avoid wasting time. This is because they do not want to put off anything until later, and they hate wasting time anyway. They are also known for being very organized and willing to take on extra work in order to get things done.
ENTJs are also known for talking very fast, as well as being very expressive.
