I second the above comment. I think it's very interesting that Ermolaev (who is ethnically Russian) has chosen to identify himself as an ethnic "Azerbaijani". I wonder if this is an attempt to indicate his ethnic identity to others, or whether it means something else to him. Reply Delete
I'm an INTP and Ermolaev's description of his personality type is exactly my description. I can also see why he would identify as an Azerbaijani, but I don't think it's necessary. There are plenty of ethnicities that people can identify with without feeling the need to assert that they are an ethnic member of the group. Ermolaev has a very developed personality, that's why he can write a book on personality types and give a description of an INTP type. Delete
