Kitty is a young blonde girl who is very energetic. She is also very sweet at heart, which allows her to connect and empathize with others quickly. She has an athletic body and a cheerful personality, but she is quite naive. This leads to her being easily hurt and upset if she makes a mistake. She is the only P4T character that does not go to school, which is explained in the anime as being because she's working hard to save money for her college education.
Kitty first appears at home in a suit with an adult version of herself. She insists that they be best friends, regardless of how they look, and that she wants to go to college and study medicine. Her parents accept her choice, but are worried about her lack of friends.
