Initiator: Playstyle personality type is ESTP, which I am, so I like to be the leader. My best friend is an ENTJ, so I am well aware of their leadership skills.
Playstyle: I am pretty much a lone wolf, so I always go for the high ground. Everything has to be planned out beforehand, and I like to do my own thing. I have a lot of ideas, and I am pretty creative. If someone does something that is not in line with my plans, I will take action.
Syllabus: This is an online course so we will be reading, but we will not do any writing. We will be watching videos, but we will not write down our thoughts on them. We will get together every week for a few hours and discuss what we learned that week and what we will learn next week. There are also quizzes that we will have to take on the site, to test our knowledge on the material.
Assumptions: This course is based on Jungian psychology, so the personality types are based on Carl Jung's work. My understanding of this type of course is that it is about developing one's conscious mind and ego.
