Agnes Wood personality type is ESTJ, and her preference is for the ideal world of the abstract. She’s a realist, with a realist’s eye for detail. She’s “realistic” in the sense that she’s not a dreamer, and not a fanciful optimist. She doesn’t live in a fantasy world where everybody and everything is perfect and nothing is ever wrong. She sees problems and shortcomings, but the vision of the ideal world is strong in her mind, and she sees it as a place where everyone is happy to be who they are, nobody has to change, nobody is stifled by the expectations of others. The ideal world has its place, but it’s only one of many possible types of worlds, and when you’re dealing with a realist, you have to be realistic about the problem-solving you can do in the current world.
