Sara personality type is ESTJ, the Inspector. (I’ll explain the numerology of this at the end of the post.)
In this post, I’ll be sharing my understanding of the Inspector. In the second part of this series, I will explore how to create the perfect Inspector character and discuss how to allow them to soar (as opposed to crash and burn) through life.
In the previous post, we explored the Judger personality type, the most logical. While an Inspector does not make decisions based on logic alone, they do have a logical mind. When it comes to making decisions, they are driven by logic. If something doesn’t make sense, they investigate! It could be a problem at work or probelm with a friend. They question and investigate until they understand what is happening.
Inside the Judger’s mind, there are two parts – the Perceiving part (guiding intuition) and the Judging part (making decisions). The Judging part is usually in charge.
Let’s imagine the Judger is driving in their car. The Perceiving part is guiding them along.
