Likal personality type is INTP, and INTPs are the most likely of all the types to become a professional self-actualizer. Likal people are often "in love" with their own idea of what they think the world should be like. This is not to say that they are idealistic or unrealistic, and many of them will try to make their ideals come true in some way or other. However, in their (often unconscious) perception of the world, idealism is not the defining feature; it is only one element of their pursuit of meaning.
The only problem with this is that it won't necessarily make things better for everyone else. People who are "in love" with their own idea of how things should be are drawn to work that makes their ideals possible, whether they realize it or not. There is always another person involved in making the ideal a reality, and those people tend to get frustrated at the same time as everyone else. As a result, their efforts tend to fail, and they often end up feeling betrayed. Likal people end up feeling like they have been betrayed over and over again, until there are no other options left but to give up on the ideal and give up on the world.
