I'm a seasoned entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry (I formed my first company at 16 and sold it 3 years later). I love to learn and I'm a great listener. I'm very smart and I love to solve problems. I'm a very visual and action-focused person and I have a great ability to multi-task. This is why I'm an excellent team leader, even though I'm mainly an Independent contractor.
I have a strong belief in the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I've been told that my work ethic in the past has been a bit too much (as in "overkill" - because I've been so intense with my work), but I've toned it down as of late and have been more easygoing when it comes to work.
I love to work on my own. I'm not a team player at all, but I do like to work in a team, especially if it's well-structured and has very clear goals. I like to be around people who are also focused on goals.
