Hara-sensei personality type is ESTJ, and He had a very firm and obstinate personality that was very much like a typical strict teacher. He knew what he wanted to do and was very determined to achieve it, which made him the most effective and efficient of the three.
As I said in the first post, Hara-sensei was a very nice person and cared for his friends and family, especially his daughter and Shinobu-sensei, who was his best friend and student.
In the manga, Hara-sensei also had a very soft side to him, as shown when he cried after his father died (which I won’t spoil for you).
Hara-sensei wasn’t the type of person to have a lot of friends. He had a few close friends, but he preferred to be alone. That being said, he did have a tendency to make friends with people he felt comfortable with.
