XARAKTER personality type is ISTP, or the ISTP type. ISTPs are original, independent, practical, and inventive. They’re also intuitive and discreet, good at seeing how things work. They don’t like to waste time or effort on what’s not important. They don’t want to be in the thick of things. They want to get the job done—and get out. ISTPs’ natural curiosity about the world is the main driving force for them. They’re usually not labeled as introverted, but they’re more reserved than Extraverts. As mentioned, ISTPs are practical and intuitive. They have a good sense of humor and can be very creative. They make good technicians and architects, as well as engineers. Because of their practical nature, they have a good eye for detail and can be very good at spotting flaws and weakness in a project or idea. They enjoy paying close attention to detail and noticing the strengths and weaknesses of a project or idea. This can be a problem for ISTPs because they can be too focused on details and forget about the bigger picture. They can lose sight of what’s most important.
