Надежда Александровна Рябинина personality type is ESTJ, the “Theoretical”, realist, and practical type. In the past, Theoretical types were usually called “abstract” or “rational” types. However, the traditional concept of the Theoretical type is to be realistic and practical, and not simply to be rational. The Theoretical type has an ability to see the connections between things. In other words, this type is capable of seeing how each component affects the whole. For example, a Theoretical person may see that a particular part of a situation or relationship must be taken into consideration in order to fully understand what is going on. Or, a Theoretical type may see that a certain course of action is the only way to get the outcome they desire.
