Mario (Dorkly) personality type is ENTJ, which meant I was an "intellectual" and quite the know-it-all.
I think it's fair to say I'm a pretty good fit for the Dorkly brand. I'm an actual dork, and I know it. I'm also very transparent about my quirks, so you can't go wrong with that. It's not like I'm pretending to be someone I'm not, but rather, trying to be as real as possible.
The goal of Dorkly is to make you laugh, and I've been doing a pretty good job of that thus far. One of the things that keeps me going is the feedback I've gotten from people. I get messages every day saying how much they enjoy Dorkly's jokes, and there's nothing better than that.
Over time, I've begun to see myself in my own articles, and that kind of stuff makes me feel good. It doesn't happen all the time (for example, I didn't see myself in this article until a few days after it was published), but it's always fun to get some self-insight.
