Stewardship:
Stewards are concerned with the well-being of their group or organization. They look for ways to help people work together to achieve their goals.
A steward may be a parent, a teacher, an organization leader, or a community member. He or she may be a gifted manager who delivers effective results, but that doesn’t mean he or she can’t also be a people person.
Managers:
Managers are people who take charge in any situation. They prefer to delegate tasks to other people, but they like to stay in the forefront of what’s happening. They are often in charge of projects and often in charge of others. They are concerned with making sure that people are doing what they need to do.
ESTJs are managers. They are great at delegating and getting things done.
