My INTP husband has a habit of sleeping in on Sunday mornings, and I often find his sleeping in when the rest of the world is up and about to be annoying sometimes. He also goes through bouts of being completely non-social, but then will suddenly realize that he’s been spending too much time alone and will go out for a walk, or have a long phone conversation with a family member. We do both have social anxiety, but he sufferers from it more than I do.
As for Adam’s comment, I can totally relate to that statement, and have been accused of being a “loner” in the past. But my Introverted Sensing brain is so focused on details and accuracy, that I can’t help but get lost in my thoughts and get bored easily.
