In Chapter 4, Biscuit goes to Tonegawa's office to ask him out on a date, and Tonegawa tells Biscuit to go back to her desk and wait for him there. He then tells her to prepare for a date with someone else, and he reveals that he will be going out with an officer in the force named Makoto Nanbara. Upon seeing this, Biscuit becomes upset and then leaves his office in tears.
