Na Ki personality type is INTP, an introverted intuitive thinker. I have a lot of respect for people like him, and I think it's wonderful that he's living his dream and sharing his incredible skill with the world. However, the same qualities that make him such a fantastic programmer are usually the same ones that make him a terrible teacher.
First, let me stress how much I admire people with learning disabilities and disabilities like dyslexia. It's sad that we're forced to accept that people with exceptional talent aren't always able to successfully integrate this talent into their professional lives. I'm an example of this. I've been extremely lucky to have been able to find ways to effectively integrate my own learning disabilities into my life and professional career, but it took me years to do so.
Second, what makes him a terrible teacher is that he can't change the fact that he doesn't know anything about his students' backgrounds or interests or needs. This is common with INTPs. In order to understand another person's interests, one must first be able to understand oneself. To be able to understand yourself, you have to have a very good understanding of your own interests and passions.
