Molby personality type is ESTJ, but I would place it closer to ISTJ. It's actually pretty rare to find an ESTJ who has a strong desire to be a leader. I know for myself, I was in my early 20s, and I didn't even have the desire to be a leader in my company. When I would talk to other leaders or managers, the words that they used to describe themselves was "I'm not a leader. I'm a follower". It was a very hard thing for me to understand, but I eventually realized it was very natural and normal for most ESTJs. It is the nature of the personality type to desire to be a leader, but the ESTJ will have to question his or her own motives and justification for becoming one. Once the ESTJ has accepted that he or she has the qualities necessary to be a leader, then he or she will take the steps necessary to become one. It's not like ESTJ's are weak leaders, or do not have leadership skills. They are definitely leaders. The ESTJs are more likely to have a strong desire to be a leader than their fellow INTJ's, but they don't necessarily want to do it at all costs.
