Rarity personality type is ENTJ, a personality type characterized by personalities with high levels of extroversion and intelligence. This is the second of the two enneagram types I will be discussing.
ENTJ personality types are characterized by their ability to think outside the box. ENTJs are good at thinking and discovering new ways of doing things, but they don’t like to be told what to do or how to do things. ENTJs, therefore, find it difficult to be guided by authority figures. ENTJs are generally very independent and have a strong sense of self. They like to have their own way and are often impatient with people who do not share their vision for the future. ENTJs have a strong need for achievement and recognition, and it’s this drive that often troubles them when they are not given the opportunity to do what they want. ENTJs are often creative, logical thinkers and can often be seen as brilliant or even crazy, or both. ENTJs tend to be ambitious and competent and are very good at what they do. ENTJs are often excellent leaders, although they don’t like being led.
ENTJs often make good leaders because they are very competent, intelligent, and reliable people.
